Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery workshops with enterprise prospects to formulate and document business requirements, HR processes, procedures, and work practices.
  • Design value-based HCM solutions to client problems and communicate them to customers, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders through process flows, context diagrams, and functional/technical descriptions.
  • Lead RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and produce solution overviews that map customer business initiatives to the HCM solution.
  • Prepare and deliver functional product demonstrations of the HCM solution tailored to customer evaluation criteria.
  • Develop solution expertise across multiple industries and present the HCM value proposition to enterprise customers in each vertical.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers across the evaluation cycle.
  • Produce competitive positioning content comparing the HCM platform against legacy ERP and competing SaaS HCM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop differentiated value propositions, themes, and customer messaging.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, or equivalent relevant work experience in HCM consulting.
  • 6–12 years of experience in HCM consulting or HRBP roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in value-based selling within an HCM consulting environment.
  • No HCM/HR certification required.
